Sheet track bender

Just finished my roller bender based on a standard wise , 6201 bearings, a 32mm 1/2" socket and some M12 bolts&washers. Works like a charm. Perfekt for bending my 22mm Harken sheet tracks. Still waiting for thin shims to place under the bearings.

Actually got a little carried away with the first bend above. It was no problem to reverse the bend to the correct radius though. In this case 150cm radius for a 29er jib cut down to 125cm foot for the old Flibustier dinghy with shortened 49er rig.

That is supper! I have want a track like that for years. My 1953 Star One Design Class is ether missing that curved track for the cunningham or it came into being for the Stars after 1953.
I have some old trailer bearings that I was going to make a bender out of but was stump on a cheep mechanical drive section. Thank for sharing your knowledge.
I like your rides, one of my ballon on a stick is a Jet 14, hot molded tiger striped mahogany from 1954. I saved it from the chainsaw in 2003.
I had a 18' Prindle Escape for 15 years, I kept a large nylon bag onboard that I would fill with water and throw over my shoulder to right the thing when I was by my self. Sold it a few years back because we were both getting to old for that kind of nonsense. I see you own a couple of Nacra. Nothing like a trapeze, and hiking out with a mate with just your toes on board.
