    Thanks Gary. On Frog you have around 90° curvature angles on the foils, I assume you can't achieve this by bending around formers ?

    Correct - but I epoxy the horizontal and vertical foil sections together as on Frog then grind the upper and lower junction areas away to make a thin curve, then laminate layers of carbon - so you end up with a somewhat similar shape and process but a lot quicker to construct than bending:gluing together thin plies. Agreed there is less drag/turbulence with the Sid-type soft/even curve but imo, not much in it, both shapes have soft junctions.
