For a well designed hull you don't need a centerboard. What is the hull section shape?...U or V ?

My comment was directed at Jehardiman, not you. I think quite a few would disagree with what he wrote.

however my question was on the percentage to be assigned to the surface of the drift with respect to the sail surface ..........: between 6% - 10%, ........... ratio centerboard surface - sail surface ... 0.015 - 0.025 ..... ??? are they correct parameters ???

Gianf, on the smaller cat's and tri's I am used to, a board area of about 2% of windward sail area would be a starting point, at least a guide line. That is assuming a well designed high aspect board, 4:1 or longer. Faster boats boats might need less. I am using a 1.7 % area board on my old medium performance 33' tri with good results.
