At asking R 330 K it might be cheaper to buy a complete used one, see eg the ones linked in post #11 starting with asking US $ 150 K, a good survey might knock that down, and less surprises will show up, and you sail right away, to SA for example. Although from the Carib and a bit north it might be worth checking if they've missed the path of the great hurricanes like eg Irma . .

40' Fortuna Island Spirit Cat sail plan from Sparcraft in Cape Town, and a floor plan, both as found in one of the linked Yachtworld ads.

Just saw one of the two above linked 40'ers is gone now, but there is also an 37' for sale on St. Marin, the design was stretched over the years from 35' to 40'.

    Link 1Link 2 — asking US $ 139,000 right now —

‘‘ Pictures of her before Irma where she was washed up on the beach. Now being completely rebuilt and will be ready by end November ’’ (2018 I think)

In case of interest I first would ask for after Irma pictures on the beach, and for pics from before plus during and after the rebuilt.

Below some pics from St. Martin after Irma, note not showing the same bay and cat...
