8 Metre Cruiser Racer Rule

Hi all, I'm trying to locate information (and ideally the rule text) for the old 8 Metre Cruiser Racer rule. This was, I believe based on the International Rule but modified for more dual purpose boats than the 6, 8 and 12 metres more commonly known.
