How do I account for collision loss of two boat hulls?

    Whew, for a minute there, I thought they were your boats.

    You don't have to account for them at all - thank goodness.

    There were two fishship collided in my city, i did not know how to help them, is there a book about it?
    Just a little hole in one ship, but bulb bow of another ship was damaged.
    We do not want to know accident responsibility.
    We just want to know the hull loss of each other.

    Are you asking for a damage survey without the need to assign fault? That is something that a surveyor will have to do onsite.

    The short answer is that you add labor and materials. Have you contacted a local shipyard?

    ... and in this case, one of the ships is going to be up some severe legal fees as well :)
