    Yes it does, use part -2, this is so far the best standard for sailboat stability.
    (However it is quite complicated standard, watch carefully loading conditions/tanks/persons for each criteria)

    Gerr's scantlings are similar to Herreshoff's. They are based on a compilation of data, related to displacement.

    ... and many other things, which does not mean that, almost in the third decade of the 21st century, it is the most appropriate procedure.
