Hello, I encounter this boat project with hull, structure, exterior, engine and everything almost complete except the interior had not been done.
I don't usually consider these type of project, but you don't encounter designs like this everyday, and its asking only about a million US dollars to complete.

    Length: 33.3M (110')
    Beam: 6M (19.68')
    Draft: 1M (3.28')
    Displacement: 55 Tonnes loaded
    Power: 2 X Volvo 725hp
    Max Speed: 20 knots
    Cruise: 15 knots
    Fuel: 2000 l
    Water: 1000 l

I feel that the displacement and max speed is too optimistic for boat of this size, displacement/length is on the extreme light side, and the fuel capacity is far too low.
Do you guys think that for a million is worthwhile to complete this boat?

Way outta my league and price range to comment.

It seems like the fuel tanks are way, way too small. I’d be concerned about range. Do you have any of the design info? Perhaps it was not designed for ocean crossings. That would change its value and market.

And yes, the speeds seem a bit unreal/high, but I haven’t been shopping these lately!

    Looks nice.

Anytime you take a half finished project; you are in for $$$$ and surprises.

So the images are another yacht? Can you post what you're actually looking at?

As a rule, unless you're a very experienced restorer, finding, selecting and making any kind of margin on this sort of thing, is a crap shoot at best. It takes a long time to know what type and scale projects your shop can take on. Workup the anticipated costs and see where you fall.

The image are generated image/design prompt for the project, run by a guy named Tony Ho, only the hull, exterior and mechanical are completed and interior needed to be refit.
I ran some calculation at a prop calculator, technically it can run 24 knots at the designed displacement, though no way it can be build under 55 tonnes. It is definitely a lightweight LDL design that is interesting though, when I normally don't pay attention to such abandoned project.
The partnership went kaput and no further funding to complete the boat, the boatyard are desperate enough that I can still cut the price further. The project can be completed at their current boatyard, so no labour needed on my part.
528 gallons of fuel is far too little, I am looking if it can be increased to 1500-2000 gallons at the minimum.

The displacement is similar to the Bertram, but I believe it is a little more toward displacement design than a planing sports fisher.

Im confused. You start off saying this:

    And then you go into...

If you're asking can it be fitted out for $1m or less.....what does it matter what it's performance is...and why are you attempting to calculate it?

It seems more like a question of you wanting or needing to accept all performance issues, i.e., the whole design...not just a simple outfit price quotation/estimate.
Can't be both....is it a simple outfit job..or a total take over of the project including all performance risk?

What you say is true, I believe it can't be changed the way at the price point and performance risk had to be accepted.
At this stage it is a simple outfit job, but not exactly what I wanted.
