    Welcome to the forum.

    Who knows what make, model or year cat that may be, but a quick look at the top right hand corner of the transom will show it's "MIC" as the first three letters of the HIN number. This can be looked up at the USCG site for a manufacture and possibly a date built too. If it doesn't have one, it maybe covered or simply pre-1973, before the HIN was required. If this is the case, you'll need to trace the registration number back to previous owners, to find out what it is.

    looks like a cat, tunnel hull, or more likely a type of hydroplane. Looks like it had a license number so you may be able to track it with the state's registry.
    check out the navigation lights- they look reverse: should be port = red, starboard = green
