    Thank guys for the replies i have found myself some guns.Now its time for some practice this week.
    Lol if the job turns out okay i may even show a picture on here if i can work that out.

    Gaztric the photos I promised.
    The tray is an excellent washing container. The wood splint (toothpick and bbq skewer) and pipe cleaner ( from tobacco shop not craft store) clean without scratching.

    Hi just wondering how long have i got if it starts raining.We might be having some rain on saterday and i was thinking of spraying on friday would this be okay?.The boat is outside.

    If the temperature is in the range you mentioned before then you'll be fine spraying on Friday and getting rain on Saturday.

    You may get some water spotting on the surface, but you'll be sanding a great deal to smooth everything out, so it won't make a difference.

    So I did end up gel coating the hull. I used a dump gun. With popcorn containers. I don't think I'll ever gelcoat a boat again haha - too much effort for me. Maybe I did it wrong. Sanding sanding and more sanding. I just want to say thank you for everyone help. It was a stressful diy for me but it did get done. It's only just now that the boat has been flipped and I'm starting on getting it back together.
