    Update on door installation
Installed door upright, Installed hinge, attached door it opens/closes fine.

Waiting for two more uprights then Install wall, it will be a tad closer than I initially expected.

Plan to have another cooler box half inside, outside wall. Outside half will be fighting chair w/ gimbal.
Inside of cooler box will be my bed it will be connected to other cooler box up against cuddy, will connect boxes by lowering the dinette table which is inbetween boxes, then have thick mattress topper.

For the side enclosure plan to use 1/8” plexieglass, not sure if I want one piece if I do
    It will be 4’x 38”.

I enter boat on port side so I’ll need a grab handle so I probablley have side plexie on inside of exitishing railing.

I need to thoughly plan weigth disprodistion I don’t want to be any more stern heavey.

Was planning on the live well on port side in stern,So I may have the live well inside the cuddey any thoughts?

edit I'm planning to use a 60quart cooler for the LW just don't have the heart to hack below water level.
will a 750 GPH bilge pump be to powerfull for the 60Quart? and doe's it have to be the submersiable type?

will 1/2" anchor line 3 strange nylon be stronge enough for a 2K LB hull?
    Thanks STB

I plan to have plexie glass on the sides, the starboard side will be heated and bent the size of the inside gunwale trim piece the port won't need any bending.

what do you Guy's think should I step up to 3/16" instead of the thinner 1/8" I think the 1/4" is not really nessesary?

I plan a layer of rubber inbetween the glass and the aluimin.

edit one recent observation the door is a little squeckie noisey. maybe when I add the opposite wall it will be more secure and less squeckie any thoughts ?

    Thanks STB

Progress on part 2 of rear wall fixed none swinging part.

Both uprights secured to hardtop w/angles revited then bolted so the wall is easily removed , window bolted to uprights.

The port side wide is a tad low.

I’m wanting a stainless steel household deadbolt or somesort of
Stronge lock on door any suggestions?

I need a larger piece of aluimin on both sides.

I’m planning on a rubber seal stripe like the bottom of storm doors to seal the ¼” gap inbetween door/wall uprights.

I’ll probablley shorten the diangle tube and lower rail the thickness of the side aluimin piece then insert the aluimin under each surport.

edit cooler easielly sides in enclosesure.

working on the side enclosure I would like it to look better than my first attempt. I may have a piece of laminate glass specially cut for the sides.

    any tips on the side?

The top probably has fabric tubes that the aluminum support frame slides into and the sides are probably held on with zippers and/or snaps.

    update

thinking about slapping in small smoked black 1/4" plexie glass for the rear corners.

the starboard side addition somehow got dented I need a flathead type hammer and dolley that car body repair people use meanwhile I'l; hang a round throwable floatation over the ding like aren't the majority of coast guard stations located going out on the starboard side correct.

I received the stuff to build the roof extention.

    Update few images.

Finished the physical hardware of the secondary bilge sys. The 1500 Rule. Installed the discharge tube same height as the primary bilge, I had intentions to clock the primary auto matic floated switched 750GPH.

installed 2 additonale rockect launchers will use for the extra large net and a smaller bait sabkie rod.

Finialley my fourth season w/ the cruiser. Just got around to a helms station cozy/drink holder if you only knew how much drinks where spilled not a lot some it basicalley a piece of lawn chair vinale straoe rolled up and rivoted into place.

The thisn’t a bottom of the drink holder so the cuddies door will remain open during use.

Also started to mount my fish beater until the crumie harbor freight whole saw mineral took a dump.
