Florida CAD/Marine Design firm?

Hey Gang!

I'd like to take this time to introduce myself on this forum and also hope in return I can get a little feedback too !

I'm 29yrs. old and wanting to start a Canoe Co. but first I need to know if there is anyone out here that knows of a company located in Florida that can take a drawing on a piece of paper and turn into CAD etc? For the last 4yrs. all I can think about is turning this drawing of mine into a real life craft!
I know after the CAD is done I want to pursue a company like www.mollicam.com to produce the plug/mold for me...unless other means come to play...I also have plans on going to IBEX to research materials and cost for euipment and such too...

Any help would be welcomed and I thought this would be a great place to start:idea:

The people that will be doing your CAM work will very likely be your best (most efficient) source for the CAD work as they will be most knowledgeble about the design considerations necessary to facilitate machining etc. This assumes that the actual hull and deck forms are fixed in your mind such that you won't be requiring the skills of a designer to optimize your concepts.

I've gotten some good replies and will respond to them all in just a matter of days. However, I'm still holding out in hopes of just a few more companies will e-mail me...

This site will be a good resource for me as months come ahead!
