I wasn't happy with the leaking deck plates so I am replacing them with hatch covers.

Right on. I told you it was going to be a cold winter. Glad I am not in Erie. Happy to be north of Cuba but wouldn't want to be that far north.

 

The BBC shows some videos* from there, with what I'll think to be an Alaskan Malamute or close to it in the first vid, anyway clearly a northern dog, which seems to be happy there . .

* for me it needs to wait a few seconds for videos to load, especially the first one, which for me then changes from a picture to a video.​

But Carolyn shows her dog, who looks a bit like your Peanut but with some more Pit bull terrier in it, which don't looks to be happy at all with the whole situation .
