You will notice a battery box for starting and another for the troller.

Hoyt, you have come a long way since you built that original catamaran power boat that you brought to Lakeland, several years ago. Congrats. The new boat looks like a good'un.

Thanks, messabout. I never could have done it without the mentoring and encouragement from friends like you and several others on this forum.

I wasn't happy with the leaking deck plates so I am replacing them with hatch covers. IMG_20171127_095930123_BURST000_COVER.jpg IMG_20171127_095958368_HDR.jpg

Joyeux Noël to you too Hoyt . . . :)

And to all my other friends, and to all my adversaries too of course . . ;)

Since that's the true spirit of X-mas, which I still have to learn a bit, although more would be better here . . :)

Right on. I told you it was going to be a cold winter. Glad I am not in Erie. Happy to be north of Cuba but wouldn't want to be that far north. :)

The BBC shows some videos* from there, with what I'll think to be an Alaskan Malamute or close to it in the first vid, anyway clearly a northern dog, which seems to be happy there . .

    * for me it needs to wait a few seconds for videos to load, especially the first one, which for me then changes from a picture to a video.

But Carolyn shows her dog, who looks a bit like your Peanut but with some more Pit bull terrier in it, which don't looks to be happy at all with the whole situation .
