Question About how to calculate Floatation of my design

    Headroom inside cabin, 2 meter's from floor to ceiling.

    Maximum draft is 1.2 m's in Ireland's canals.

    The lowest bridge allows an air draft of 2.75 m roughly although there are people who have passed it with 9' 6" ....

    Widest beam would be 3.5m roughly as the smallest locks allow a beam of 3.9 m

    This is information I got from Irish waterways, there's more info on their site and they email back really quickly (in case anyone is interested in the irish canal line too)
