I'm a bit crazy about precision, so I'm flattered for being confused with a cnc :D.... but no, all by hand.

Jigsaw for rough cut, disc sander for on the line approximation and router for chanfering (not sure if this word exists).

    Building bottom panels right now.

    Right word Tony,

    My dictionary says . . .

‘‘ chamfer = a symmetrical sloping surface at an edge or corner ’’

‘‘ chamfering = in carpentry, cut away (a right-angled edge or corner) to make a symmetrical sloping edge ’’

    Good luck !
