    I saw that a while ago but subsequently read something by (I think) "macca" saying that wasn't true-I think he said around 300 grand-still a big chunk of change. But the original order was from 5 or 6 New York Yacht Club members.......

    300k doesn't seem enough to me looking at the construction method and surface areas I wonder if he meant 399k :). Anyway I'm sure the price is not even slightly problematic for the good gentlemen of the NYYC. As the old saying goes if you need to ask how much you can't afford it.
