I am interested in the design of Rueul Parker Exuma 46. My objective, if I am crazy enough, is to build a sailboat to cruise the ICW, The island of Cuba and sailing the Caraibean island down to the south america coast. Mainly coastal cruising and some jump from island to island. Would this design be adequate? Love the shallow draft but would it be a problem when the weather gets rought? Anybody have experience with these kind of vessel?
