    May need a mold made

    Looking to build a flats boat and make a couple. What would you need and approximately how much are we looking at for hull and cap molds. Would like to build a 18ft flats / 22ft / and 27bay /32 bay. Would like to start with the 18 ft. thank you

    Looking to have a hull mold built, two pieces, lots of sheer, tumble home in stern quarters. 408 sq feet of hull surface area. Flanges on molds need to be wide enough for infusion bagging.
    Can you give me a loose cost per square foot on a finished mold sanded and polished to 2000 grit?
