Hello there, I spent long time to design and build myself a complete closed to elements pico boat.
And I bought Selway Fisher Micro 8 plans from Paul. Whatever I calculate the hull buildng cost , its very expensive.

    I found a 25 kilograms to 1.5 x 0.9 x 0.9 meters watertank polyethylene , it only costs 60 dollars

My friend said to me , it would collapse with wave to inwards.

What do you think, can I trip Istanbul to Crete or Santorini with it if I support the half bottom with grp and add a plate keel .

No. I don't think you can safely venture far at all, with a watertank that was never intended to be a boat. Extreme risk taking, not even a desperate refugee would attempt it.

It won't collapse if you brace it right. I think it could be done, maybe you're the one to do it.
