Looking for Internship

Good Morning,
My name is Brian Gerrish, I am currently completing year four of five at Maine Maritime Academy, majoring in Marine Systems Engineering. My my requires that during the summer between years four and five that I have a engineering/design co-op for a minimum of 480 hours. I was wondering if there was wondering if there was anyone that would like to have a hard working young person who is really interested in becoming a part of yacht and small craft building profession. Most of my education has been very hands on, in that I have spent three summers at sea and two of my christmas breaks running or building large oil tankers of other ships, I maintain an excellent GPA, and was the Cadet Chief Engineer here at the academy.
I am extremely interested with power/propulsion and overall systems design but I would mostly just like to learn as much as I possibly can, it is a field that I would really like to make career for myself.

Hi as luck would have it I am a boatbuilder, designer based in France should be flying back to South Africa on the 27 March seem to have lost my ticket.
So if any one is heading down south and needs some crew drop me a line
I hold a coastal skippers ticket and would love to surf my way home.
