Hi everybody, do you know where it would be possible to find interesting theories on wing keels and trimmers? I'm looking for the advantages and disadvantages of each, how do they affect the sailing characteristics and finally how to design them well? Thanks for your precious help. Vince

hi Vince, you could have tried the sailboat section for your quest and trying the search button you find so much info on the subject that i dont dare say more
isnt allways easy finding and than often finding broken links or missing pics is the i-net for ya
if you want it bad enough search or perhaps a beautifull discussion unfolds here, in witch case i'm posted :D

Thanks, yeah that's it. I'm also looking for something more theoretical, I mean the effects of each and how to design them.

Look for a book called the theory of wing sections, all about foils Naca sections should answer all your questions in the teck dep.
