Have done a 3 x 7' crowned composite panel (1" balsa core) using poly resin at 60 degrees. Others have said to keep it on the form as long as possible before removing to minimize distortion/racking/etc. I'd like to remove it at day # 5. OK?

    Thanks

Constant 60 degrees and right amount of catalyst for the temp you should be fine. How many layers of what either side of the balsa?
