I know that, you only need to turn the ignition key. With the radio you can diagnose the problem quickly and with clean hands.

Hi all, I'm back with some good news. I was able to get a colleague to assist me with the availability of his engine. We switched the ecm, coils and even the plugs and there was still no spark. We were still at a loss, didn't know what else to do till finally; we switched the crank position censor and the motor fired up immediately. We returned the original ecm and coils with the plugs and it started up with a half turn of the ignition switch so I'm convinced that the crank sensor is the fault. I will definitely purchase one next week. Thanks to EVERYONE for all the help and I hope to be able to assist someone very soon. Can anybody tell me where I can purchase a used diagnostic tool?
