Ahoy, it's been a while to search around for a used commercial party boat, however seems none of them meets my needs.
I'd like to inquire our experts here to learn more regarding build up a new party boat, here is what I need:

Fiber glass or aluminum hull power catamaran with 2 inbound Diesel engines
Can be certified by US coast guard for up to 70 passengers
    Length 50 - 60 '
    Beam 22 - 25'
A covered multi function saloon area for 30 - 40 guests
Able to install a jacuzzi at transom
Fly bridge area with lounge style sitting for 15 guests
No kitchen and state rooms needs
    2 heads
    Cruising speed 12 knots
    Simple but contemporary looking
    Modern exterior shape

Welcome potential designer and builders give me advice
    Thanks a lot
    Kevin

Ahoy stumble, thank you for your response.
Ideally I'd like to put 30- 40 guests comfortably aboard, to have buffet or cocktail party

You should contact Kurt Hugues for further information.

He has plenty of experience in charter, ferries and other commercial catamarans which need USGC certification. He has many designs, so customizing one is a possibility.

I saw many of multihulldesigns's products in Maui, Ali nui is the most beautiful one in the island, trilogy's catamarans are good as well.
However, my goal is to build up a contemporary looking catamaran yacht to fit our young generation customer's needs, did not find any thing close to my needs through this site

On the internet you can find countless images of catamarans. It is strange that there is nothing close to what you have in mind. Could you show us a schematic of what you need?.

I mean I can not find anything close to my idea through "www.multihulldesigns.com "

Here is what's in my mind
    A contemporary shape catamaran yacht
Huge Saloon area for 30 -40 guests comfortably sitting
    A beautiful fly bridge area

Attached is a Bali catamaran sailboat, this is just give an idea the exterior shape I want. Basically I want a commercial boat comes with private yacht feel

There are structural and safety reasons why flybridge designs aren't used for this size ferrry. But if it's just a stylistic choice then talk to Kurt about taking the hull designs he already has and putting a different bridge on top. It's doable I would imagine even if you have to pony up some for design fees past the normal rate for the plans.

Hello Onboat - your thread just came up in the 'similar threads' box at the bott0m of a thread I was looking at just now.

I didn't see it when you posted it in February last year. Are you still looking for a commercial party cat? If you are, then this site should have something suitable, or maybe you can find a second hand one for sale.
