Center console/Cuddy fishing boat?

Hello,

I am looking for a new fishing boat in the 27'-30' range. As I have 2 children 7 & 8 years old, I would like to get a boat with a cuddy cabin. However they take up valuable deck space. I do a lot of diving and the boats with the cabins have little space for all the equipment and coolers. Does anyone know of a "hybrid" that is set up like a center console-open fisherman but still has a cabin that can be used if necessary?
I have looked at one produced by "Stott Craft" but there is little information on it, even on the All Mighty Internet. Any info is greatly appreciated!

Which is simply a center console with an oversize console. There are a few other brands with an oversize console. Also a few "hybrid" designs that have both a center console (normal size) and a small cuddy in the bow. In Europe there are some walkaround designs that have the walkaround passageway big enough for serious use. This has the effect of enlarging the useful deckspace some. This boat look very interresting. How 4 peoples can sleep in so small cabin?
I ask for pictures for Stott Craft.

 

I would assume that a V-berth extends up into the bow. There are a number of large (near 30') center console designs that can sneak a berth or two under the deck. Hardly luxurious of course.

I am going to check out the Stott craft next week. They manufacture the boat about 100 miles from my home. I will report back with the layout. I also saw the Shamrock but I have to have outboards because the channel is very shallow at low tide. Any other suggestions very much appreciated.
