how well would a DUX inflatable cat sail?

They seem to have nice full length keels. Would you need clabberboards make it sail worth a darn or would the existing keels be good for semi-sporty sailing?

Obviously wouldn't win a race against a Hobie type cat, but would adding a sail be a fun sail boat, or would it be only good for 'get home' use?

Just seems like having decent cat sailing ability on a DUX would make it a cool Do-it-all boat.

even better if the sail/mast assembly could be easily configured as a bimi top. maybe a design compromise with sectional mast.

thx, the 19ft takes Outboard up to 31hp.

probably better option than trying to rig sails/board on a high powered DUX, since 30hp sounds like plenty unless you're racing for money and wearing a helmet, w/safety crews at hand.
