    Hi to all,

I have a shipyard and nowadays i finish a 10m fast rib mold.
I'm ready to start a 10m fast cabin rib for production.

My customer want a high performance rib with modern materials and of course a very light hull.

My thoughts is to use Pro Set epoxy resin and combinated fiberglass.

I need your opinion about the materials, what kind of fiberglass, how many units, what core materials in deck etc.

The max speed will be about 60knots, if it helps.

    Thanks for your time

    Regards

You really need to hire a naval architect or engineer to design the boat. There is no way to answer what you ask. Lamination schedules are generated by the design and are not what you start with.

Lamination schedules are generated by the designer (the design does not generate anything) and are one of the firts things to be defined when you start a design, as you need them to know boat's weight.
So Sygeor, your question is very relevant but more data would be needed to respond with some rigor, and a technician experienced in this type of boat. Compare a similar boat, if we talk about 60 knots, I do not think it's likely.
