    "Black" ? You need a workshop manual. Might be hard to get at TI though.

    Tks any points till then I have had it running just took the bottom off and checked the impeller that's alright

    What is the lowest rpm at the moment ?

    No idea I just cleaned it out there was water in the fuel

    I have been starting it with the lever on the gearshift open full

    Again, a workshop manual is a must. But when you depress that lever after it starts, it should return to idle. Raising that lever to start is normal, once it starts, it is returned to the down position,

    Yes but it usually cuts out then unless I really rev it and shove it into gear

    You do need a manual. They are all black. Is it carburated or fuel injected?

    Carby there is small brass screws in the side of the carbs I was wondering how many turns out r they I did alter them a bit should be kicking myself but I done so much to it already

    Has the motor been sitting without running?

    Sounds like the pilot/idle jets are clogged.
    Most of the time this means disassemble each carb and clean out the tiny pilot jet with a small diameter piece of wire or brush bristle. Might even have to remove them for cleaning. Be very patient and careful, carb parts are delicate and easy to damage.

    Before touching the mixture screws, you need to do the link and sync. Otherwise, they will not work well.

    Why do you say that. Johno's can be green. White or black.
