Par, can I see your patents you claim and the opportunity to make a reasonable and understandable presentation.? which might explain quite a bit

You'd be one of the last I'd care to make any explanations and/or presentations to.

I think the "problem" of the marketing is the claims sound "too good to be true."

From the link in the first post:
I'm going to assume you have a patent. I'm going to assume your test is repeatable and as applicable as you say.

Call fountain, donzi, formula, nor-tech, concept... go down the list. Have a lawyer draw up a nondisclosure and contract with how much you want per boat and a suitable minimum number of units. Call and say "I can fit my product on your boat and show you a 7% increase in performance." Offer to take your product to the factory, install it on a test boat, and demonstrate it. I think if you can demonstrate 7%-20% performance gains by fitting your product on their test boats, you will get your partners quickly.

If it is a foil, it clearly won't help all existing designs.

Good to see wiser people also are members here

Thank you TANSL and the many others, who are not actually wise or open to learn more about Truths and Facts of the reality in our industry. Both GONZO & PAR have some more to learn before cutting others to where they are in the evolution process of human wisdom and science as well as good business.

It is real good to see wiser people/readers also are members here, and I do hope we all care for the ongoing development of our industry to be progressing by yet new discoveries and experiments which lead to safer more fun boating as in my FLYING feeling granted to a watercraft by my invented and innovated FINS and future design Superior Hull = both brainchildren which need a good father for the mother of invention, which is why I am sharing what I can in hope of a wise and capable Manufacturer who will want to take leadership in the industry - related to my findings and the listed performance, economic and commercial benefits of the yet new science/art.

It is sad that some people rather poke holes in my boat even before taking it to a test run or simple being open to truth and fact they do not know or have not yet seen, because it is yet new.

    You are welcome.
I am not able to tell if your invention is good or not, even if it is an invention or it is not. But what I am sure is that no one here can say it's bad. I know that, for whatever reason, you can not give information and it is precisely this lack of information, in my opinion, no one is able to disqualify it. If we are really as technical and rigorous as we intend to be, it would be more consistent to wait to see your tests before to scupper your work.
If I may make a joke, concentrate on improving your invention before improving your English.
On the other hand I have to say, based on my experience, that is hard to find "new" solutions in boats design. So I think that what we can do is encourage you to keep going until we can check if indeed you have something really new.
This forum is a well of wisdom and precisely the negative elements in it, there are, make further highlight the positive elements.

THANKS, and I have done so over the years, but no one I have contacted, including some you have mentioned, even answered.

I also contacted RACING TEAMS, small and large boats and Yachts Manufacturers, including owners of Mercury Marine, and only in the past, a director of Brunswick was open and kind plus respectful but he had no authority over the companies they own...

I have been told this is a problem in our industry, of many competitors and private ownership plus pride and "Not Invented Here" kind of objections; which is why some inventors and innovators had opened new boats manufacturing companies, some succeeded and some did not, over time.

Maybe this is why things like stepped-hulls is a design all use, while Superior Hulls is a trade secret I stay owning for too many years!?

Fred Kiekhaefer did listen but he had other personal interest priority to enter the Federal Government Market - but Donzy, Reggie Fountain, Douglas Marine, and many other smaller ones, including Ranger, just did not reply.

So I have a different view of the industry, but am not thinking of starting my own new boats manufacturing factory, and stay hoping one of the many will take my open offer to jointly benefit from my discovery and its innovated product-line and design.

Mercury did adopt an invention by a fellow ( not in-house) who invented an "orbital" engine, not the actual engine, but some part of the fuel injection system, in their Optimax engines, if I recall.

The ONR has said it is new and intriguing

Let me share with you, that few years ago, The ONR has said it is new and intriguing, but again, they did not fund it because I was not willing to comply with the term given to me by the selected sub-contractor, which were asking for a very large budget which I could not create (I was invited to submit a $1.3 Mil budget and was able to justify only a $6,000 - $10,000 expenditures on honest basis, and thereby lost the opportunity to have the USA Navy benefit from my invention, as of yet. What I am most sorry yet about, is the very special capability it adds to Aircraft Carriers, of a flat deck at all times, including during strategic maneuvering...)

The chief scientist for the ONR was on my 12' boat and said they get hundreds of proposals and own thousands of patents but this is new, original and intriguing - so I know this for a fact, and also searching other patents, including the new ones - and this is why someone here in Israel is showing the will to try an installation on a major performance vessel.

I have been told, that some inventions reaching the market today, were developed 40 years ago, so this is part of the reason I keep being hopeful - and the other is, I never took off the invention from my TestBoat and PWC demo, because it is real fun to feel these things fly.

So I stay hopeful for the owner of a modern boats manufacturer to contact me, so we can bring it to you all good mariners who love safe and fun boating.

    Respectfully yours,

    Amnon

I think it is constructive to advise you to publish the number of your patent. If it is true you applied for it, you have protection. Otherwise, I can safely assume this is another snake oil salesman.

If the other does not do what you say, the other is a "charlatan" and you have permission to bring out the worst of yourself. I think this is the argument of a perfect "charlatan".
But you, what do you care the patent number ?, what do you think that's going to show. Leave in peace, please, this man. You're not bringing anything new and, less still, nothing positive to the discussion.

    Dear Gonzo:
Why do you expect me to prove to you what I say is truth?!
I have no problem doing so for the partner who demonstrates the needed capability and will for commitment to the project of adding the invention to an existing manufactured boats line.
Please read what I have shared, to realize a patent was not published and my application information will not help you search, as it is kept as trusted USAPTO and our/my corporate records.

If you wish to learn about Pre-Patent Wisdom and Strategy, some general information on it is posted at my related websites - of interest for modern Investors & Inventors.
