Looking for boat designer

Hello everyone, we are a wooden boat yard in Lithuania.
Right now we need a river boat Viking style capacity of 20 people 8 rowing lines and it should be light made of plywood to be able to load it on special trailer, with buoyancy and mast. It's quite unusual boat and I can not find anything what fits to us. The boat will be used for tourists.
Would it be interesting for somebody?
