    If you are just gluing a cut-out, use any automotive trim adhesive. It is formulated for exactly that purpose.

    Another option might be if you can't bond to the coroplast, wax it and use it as a plug. Glass and epoxy over it and make a quick and dirty mold to make the part you can bond to the trailer
