redraw linesplan

please help me, is there another way to redraw the linespan just from existing general arrangement plan in pdf extension with this attachment. cause i want to do a seakeeping analysis with modifying it's bow.

Welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately there isn't. You'll need to find a lines diagram or table of offsets.
You also need a lot more info for accurate sea keeping including the weight and its distribution.
