Anything can be patented. Happens all the time. A patent indicates absolutely nothing about the financial viability of an invention.

The practical questions are whether the patent is a) defensible in the first place (patent searches cannot find all examples of prior art reduced to practice), and b) depicting an invention worth anything to anyone.

The keypoint in this case. Guess everyone here except one person knows the answer, but we are such gentle fellas.

It's often hard to predict that. Over the 30+ years that I've been engineering products, I've seen some patented inventions I believed to be very worthwhile fail to launch or return a dime to investors. And I've seen the opposite happen with some I thought silly to begin with.;)

Financially viability is based on needs of the consumer.

public disclosure prior to patent application is required prior to application date in order to disqualify. Defendant in infringement suit is required to submit this information, not the plaintiff.

If my idea is so bad, why do you keep reading and providing comments about it? LMAO

Be a kind fella and show me your autocad generated analysis of my idea...

I don't have autocad so have a look see at this depiction of Reverse von Karmann gait generation using my idea.

I have reasearched thousands of patents and publications. enough said on that matter.

As for working, proof is not in words but in action. Who would like to test this idea out for me and provide their own qualified feedback for the rest of the forum? I will send one person a free sample as long as they promise to provide unbiased opinion on its usefulness on this forum....

    Any takers?

My comments were directed at your apparent misinterpretation of the intrinsic value of a patent..which is zero. But if you think your experience suggests otherwise, you are free to ignore mine, which is only based on 30 years of dealing with patents. ;-)
