    Thanks Neonhelm [IMG]

I know the place without searching so I'll stay out of it, I think there are enough clues in the picture to find out where it is . . :)

BTW, always many spectators there . . :D

    Good Luck

I've tried for half an hour or so and couldn't get anywhere, Angel - wish I could spend longer but I'm mad busy just now!
I couldn't find the twin towers/lockkeepers houses, tried looking for Botter regattas/rallies raids in the area... no joy!

    Well done Tiny [IMG]

The two small buildings on lock heads are very typical for the place as are some of the boats sot in the picture, but you must have seen a lot of locks while searching . . :D

Here a lot of old pictures and history sot of the Lemster Lock.

I knew a Dr. Lemmer from South Africa, as fine a fellow as ever I knew.

    Anybody know where this is?

It is great to see this Thread be started again. It gives me ideas of where to visit when traveling. The houses could they be Stiltsville located one mile off the coast of Cape Florida Lighthouse?

Thanks Hoyt for the new quest, and Mreoe4sure for FL [IMG]

Some shots at it :) ---> florida stilt house

Hoyt's picture #1 looks like one here, the Pasco County Stilt House . . .

The quest picture #2 looks a bit like one here, maybe it's the Hicks House in Stiltsville ?

    P.S.

Just found the Wikipedia page on Stiltsville.
