The clue is in the error message.

You must define the material proprieties, such as the density, to prevent this error message occurring. It is not about cut-n-pasting from one program to another. You need to understand what the software is doing...if you don't.....you'll make a big mess.

Read the manual and understand the theory. Then once you have done that, start with simple examples with known solutions.

If you can't do that or have the time...change jobs.

The first thing you need is to build a correct model and the error message that appears is saying exactly this: "your model is not correct", because you have at least two surfaces intersect each other.
You have to work with the program you used to create your model, edit surfaces and checking that each end where the contiguous surface starts. Is often preferable that there is a gap between them to intersect each other. It may help you work only with one side and then establish that the surface is symmetric about the centreline plane.
If you could upload your model's file would be easier to analyze what happens to you.

I made some modifications to your model. Hydromax calculates correctly with it. Try it.
The best way to export / import files is in igs format.
