Hello, i wonder if someone has a spreadsheet costs with values for building a motorboat of the type c40 carver yachts or similar?

Or a summary of separate costs to building:

    internal joinery
    stainless steel fittings
    tapestry
    Complete Wiring
    engines volvo d4 30hp
    windows
    Deck accessories

    Labor costs

Why am I making a survey of how much to spend to build a boat this size.

someone could help me in this study?

    Sincerely
    Jean

You will have to first write an SOR as detailed as possible. For example, joinery can vary hugely depending on the materials, finish and complexity you choose. Wiring can also vary a lot depending on your specifications. Are you looking for a custom boat or a hull/deck kit that you will finish?

I will assemble a fiber pre fab kit on a motorboat 40 feet.

The fiber kit will buy a ready now, I'll do the assembly.

The interior would be finished on the type of carver yachts c40 / c34

You would have an average cost to complete the assembly?

    Thanks,

Have you considered refurbishing a used carver instead?
This will be cheaper than building a one-off from scratch.

    Hi FMS,
I thought of several situations, but wanted a more modern boat.

What do you think of the boat?
I liked the interior space, and have two bathrooms on a boat 38 feet

In the kit has all fiber glass parts included and finished
The hull, Deck and structural parts is bonded.

I think I'll save a lot of money in labor on the work and finishing in fiberglass.

It will only save you money if the deck is not bonded to the hull. Boat interiors are built with an open boat. Otherwise, everything needs to be cut into smaller pieces and then somehow re-assembled. It will cost 3 to 4 times more if the deck is on.

    Hi Gonzo.
This boat can be fitted and finalized with a bonded deck in the hull according to the builder. Because your construction project was thought in that way.

The manufacturer says it's all planned for the boats to be mounted in this way, and the kit is already delivered with all local to harness, hydraulic and engines.

The manufacturer tells me that I will not have problems in this case.

The manufacturer is making life easy for himself and not you. How can you make interior modules and get them inside through a companionway?

Methinks two miniature bathrooms sounds like two places to be uncomfortable in.
