Dear friend, with all due respect, you do not need help but to learn a career. Furthermore, our help will not serve "for the Advancement of Science". Science does not advance anything, but you will solve a problem for which apparently have no solution. I really do not know if it's a serious request or if you you're kidding us. Why this :):)?

I don't think there is anything particularly tricky about those basic hovercraft designs.

Any serious students should be able to design something very similar on their own.

I'm guessing your big challenge will be finding an engine/fan/propeller. That will be a reason to design your own craft "from scratch" since any pre-drawn design will want you to use a particular (and expensive) engine or choose from fairly narrow selection of engines.

So start with whatever engine you can get and go from there.

If you post the engine and rough sketches you will get some help on this forum.

    Mehdi welcome

May I respectfully suggest you spend a few hours looking at YouTube. It will help you define your options based, as earlier responders point out, on your available resources.

Engines, fan(s) and available building materials must all be defined. Also, and very important, skirt materials. With your ideas crystallised you can begin preliminary designs. Models are a good starting point, if your course allows you that time.

Have a look at the early Britten Norman designs, on YouTube. They laid out a lot of the directions which subsequent developers progressed.

Good luck, and congratulations on your English, I am a simple monoglot, one language only, thus in awe of all who have more than that.

Please post more details as your project progresses.

What the OP probably wants is plans to Hoverwing which is a small hovercraft with simple wings attached.
Another Hoverwing is en ekranoplan which uses a hoverbox as lift off aid. That is way more complicated. The prototype was a 2 person craft that flew in Holland; the latest is a 50 pax ready for operation in South Korea.
Come to think of it Iran has already launched a German copy of a two seater ekranoplan https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4_KaQ1n-TWE
