Since I can't see what would be a civil use of an autonomous high-speed vessel of that size, I guess it is intended for military use?

srinath88, to be serious, there is 'no good range of VCG' (vertical center of gravity). VCG should be such to provide adequate stability. Stability is characterized by set of criteria, there is no just one criteria making VCG good or bad.

For USV boat of considered size, I would assume the boat should be self-righting. So the design flow is: sketch the GA, sketch the geometry in 3D including above-deck volumes, prepare preliminary table of weights with displacements and CG position, calculate the stability. Adjust above deck volume for self-righting, adjust table of weights and repeat the process again.

We used pole with buoyancy on self-righting radio-controlled model, maybe this will help.
