    naserrishehri : Check this
    https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:std:iso:9367:-1:ed-1:v1:en
You will see that all the documents have hyperlinks to other regulations. It makes it easier to navigate.

The rules take into consideration the R and H points, which are considered "hard points" and depend on the design. Cars already have attachment points that are part of their design process.

Gonzo is right in what he says. I spoke with regard to the rules of the CS who have no links with the rules of other CS. Of course, each regulatory agency has links between its own rules. So, okay, what I said can be interpreted wrong by not explaining it.

as per iso 9367-1 the angle between web lashing and deck should be between 30 and 60.so if you consider a car with 1800mm width between to securing point 2800mm far from eachother then the angle will be less than 30.

naserrishehri, I leave you in the hands of Gonzo, who apparently has extensive experience in ro-ro ships, applicable regulations, and can answer you with precision and clarity of ideas.
I have not much experience as he and, therefore, the best I can do is shut up.
I do not know if the attached sketch will serve for something. What do you think, Gonzo?

web lashing should fasten in the middle of the rim not upper part.

"ISO 9367 does not apply to passenger cars, buses, special vehicles (towing vehicles alone) or commercial vehicles which are not intended for transport on Ro/Ro ships but are being freighted for delivery purposes only without pay-load."
It means that the rule is for vehicles that are designed to use the attachment points. Look under your car, and you will probably find U shaped attachment points.

Yes Gonzo, as it often happens to you, you are "almost" right, but you are not. My vehicle can have many things in the basement but that has nothing to do with what Classification Societies asks to have the deck of a ro-ro or ro-pax vessel.
The ISO will apply to whatever you want, I do not care. When what you want is to get the class through a CS, the only thing that applies is the regulation of the CS. Even the regulation of another CS will not be admitted by those who must classify the ship.

    DEAR FRIENDS
it was a misunderstanding by me about A 581(14). i did not pay attention to "minimum arrangement" in it. it means if you have a region and your going to arrange minimum number of securing points then you should arrange securing points like a net by that limitation(2.5m and 2.8m) in that area then you can count the minimum
number of securing points in that arrangement.
please see the attachment and confirm it if it s correct.
