Have idea for business...looking for investor...

    My name is Mark,I'm living in UK.Last year I've spend in Asia-China,HK and Philippines.Next year I'm planning to relocate to Ph.permanently.All my life(I'm 48yo) I'm working with boats and composites.Have,I think,great idea for business(boat's building) in Philippines but need help,investor.I would like to start ASAP but very important is to start in first half of next year.If anybody is interested just e-mail me: mar-q@o2.pl for more details.     Is this a well a laid out plan, with market research, legal issues solved, permit and regulations, etc?

    All this ''paperwork'' will be sorted when I'll relocate there,my wife is from there,so....Currently we have approx.4ha(7+acr.)of land and we are starting small farm...but I can see a huge opportunities on the boat's market..

    What are you asking an investor to put money into? At least you should do the paperwork to see if the business can be operated.

    Yeas,you right,but this can be done in few different ways.This business will work,I'm sure.If I can find right partner can be done quicker,if not I will do that....just slower.

    How can you be sure if you haven't even done the preliminary legal research?

    In this year I've spend there two months and I've done...many.Currently I'm 'talking' with my old friends in the UK about to use their moulds(copy them) and make them in Ph,hulls only,decks need to by different for those market(I'm thinking only about local Ph. market)

    Actually, if you want someone to put their time or money on your project, you have to make great efforts to convince. More than what you've done so far. Or do not realize that or, for whatever reason, you don´t want to do.

    Yes, any business proposition that ends in "Whatever..." needs some work.

    .. and me too! I have an idea for a boat powered by recovering excess cell phone microwaves that haplessly bounce off satellites, I'm sure this is what's causing Global Warming too. So by helping me you are actually helping the Planet!
