TANSL's method works, but the traditional drafting method is to simply draw a 45 degree line, starting at the plan centerline. Project the horizontal ordinates to the 45 degree line. Convert these to verticals and establish the cross vectors at the appropriate station intersections. This is basic mechanical drawing and covered in high school drafting class, usually in the first week of two.

The attached image shows the station 3 sheer ordinate drawn (red dashed line) in the body plan.

 

I fear techniques of folded plans, projecting intersecting lines on certain planes, in short, descriptive geometry, does not care much for our OP. I think what he wanted was a quick and easy solution to his problem with the tools we have today.

I can not imagine how a CAD program can do that. I guess the only thing OP has is a drawing on paper, scanned, something like the picture has shown us.
I used some times Rhino 4 and did not know Rhino was able to do that.
I think the command Crv2View can´t be used to what srinath88 needs. In my opinion, this command draws a curve in space, if its projections on two coordinate planes are known. Which has nothing to do with what OP needs.
