Hello, my name is Shawn. There isn't much information that I can get or to ask someone. If anyone have information about this matter please help me.

I have a bachelor degree in Industrial design, and want to get a Masters in cruise and yacht design. And found that there are in IED, Italy and Coventry University, England. Beside this two places

I want to know where can I go to study Masters that are related in boat designs, with my bachelors degree, And where is a good place to get a Masters or study boat design? where it is donesn't matter, with this Masters I wish to study Ph.D later.

Or any advice that you can give me will help me alot.

    Thank you

    .....

I see lots of naval architecture or engineering but I can not go with my bachelor degree. I heard that boat designers live very hard(poor) after graduating.
Is this field hard to do with designing not graduating as engineer ?

Why can't you go into naval architecture or engineering with a BSc in Industrial Design?

"Boat Design" schools tend to be non-accredited (as in no actual degree, just a certificate) and are more vocational education than academic (though that's not 100% accurate).

It also depends on what sort of work you want to do. There is a limited market for yachts in the world - particularly in comparison to "working" ships and boats. So if you are willing to have a day job designing barges and such - and work on your yacht designs on the side, you don't necessarily have to make a poor living.

but if that's not your cup of tea -
