Without cyclic pitch control, how do you intend to control the craft? That was the problem that kept helicopters from flying successfully for a long time.

Yes that was the early pioneer problem but the answer was there if they looked for it.By changing the center of gravity similar to hang gliders and changing the rotor angle which gives a pendulum effect. Some helicopter flight control systems do not use cyclic pitch.
The helicopter would be more stable and not have to drop nose down for forward flight.
Remember I am not wanting to fly out of ground effect.

The pendulum effect is the problem. It will eventually get the craft out of control. Also, flying close to the ground is where even minor problems become fatal.

A pendulum is more stable and reliable than a gyro control. The most dangerous place I can think of is driving on a highway in an auto any time any place. Come to think of it if I run my proposed vehicle on a highway I would probably get all of the road to myself.
Where I want to go there is no one there and no one to help if I do something silly. The world is full of silly people doing silly things I will be just maybe be another among that lot.
The more research I do the more convinced I am of the safety of my design compared to cushion craft, auto gyro, aircraft. But I will probably have to settle on a modified helicopter because no one seems to really understand fully how such craft work.

There are hundreds of books on the subject. It is well understood.

It may by well understood by those who have spent the time on the subject but you can not expect everyone to fully understand how everything works, they may have a rough idea as discussions on this web site shows.
Perhaps you can give me a quick description of how flight control of the system in the image works or better still give a web site where working of it is fully explained.
    Flight control gives
    Acceding
    landing
    Forward
    Backward
    Left-side flight
    Right-side flight
    Turn left
    Turn right

There are hundreds of web sites trying to explain how a coaxial helicopter works but they never get far from the very basics.
