Thank God every one is safe!!
I have put together an excel that calculates the bilge output based on pump, hole size and battery reserve for my own peace of mind.

If we get more data (boat size, hole size, bilge power and battery capacity) i could crunch the numbers.

Just witnessed a boat sinking couple of weeks ago a speed boat with an in/out engine. The rubber seal between the the engine and gearbox was too old and tore creating a big hole in the boat. Thank god ever one was saved (injected foam floating helped) but the boat capsized near the shore.

From what i have seen all speedboat have laughable bilge pump output ... if u forget the drain plug it will sink you (yah a friend of mine had this bad experience!)
