    MliC,

please find the "The NPL Round Bilge Displacement Hull Series", Bailey 1976, here (PDF, 8.5 Mb).

Hope this helps and others can account for any papers of the other series you're interested in.

It's not clear what MARAD series you are referring to.

Taylor's 'Speed and Power of Ships' was reprinted by the Society of Naval Architects in 1998 in a facsimile edition. The SNAME website has been screwed up for some time.

The earliest edition (1910) can be found on the web by googling it. However, much of the resistance test results which make the later editions useful is not found in this version, because Taylor had not done all of his model tests and analyses of the results.

Dr. Morton Gertler's reanalysis (1954) was originally prepared as Report 806 for the DTMB (David Taylor Model Basin) and might be available thru the National Technical Information Service.

Thank you very much for your valuable information. I was referring to "MARAD Systematic Series of Full-Form Ship Models, 1987" which I found on a literature written by Manuel Ventura.

I have attached the file here.

I believe that MARAD series was also published by SNAME. I think I purchased a copy when it was first published.

The SNAME website came back online. Neither the Taylor book nor the MARAD series book are available from SNAME any longer. You might try the NTIS for the MARAD book. Copies for sale might appear from time to time thru second hand book shops.

Thanks NavalSArtichoke. I was badly in need of the book. Couldn't find any free (or commercial) source.

    :)
