    Good for you. There won't be much of a readjustment, Almost all Class Societies are represented in UAE including some unknown ones. Aim to be employed with the oil and gas companies. They need NA's and the pay and visa status is excellent.

    For an entry level NA in Dubai based classification organizations you will find yourself competing for a position that expat and Emirate company owners alike usually employ only qualified but low salary level Indian staff.

    The reality of Dubai and Abu Dhabi is Emirates nationals may own it but at ground level the Indian white collar staff run it.
