Rain Cover for Port Light

    I have exactly the same problem, but I decided to keep it simple. I purchased one of those fake chamois for drying the car or boat, then cut a strip approx. 2" x 6" for each puddling port. I stuff one end of the chamois strip under the screen so the strip won't fly away. Done, the chamois material is highly absorbent and wicks away the water. If you don't have a screen, you might affix a plastic clip with industrial tape (inexpensive at the local Home Depot). Good luck!
