Can I Change An Ordinary Boat To Parasail Boat?

Dear friends
I want to instal parasail boat equipment on an ordinary boat and use it as parasail boat .
what special consideration shall i take for modification ?
please help me with drawing or picture .

 

More information is needed.

Is the boat to pull the parasail so that a person secured to the sail can fly?

Or is the purpose of the parasail to propel the boat? Here a parasail is considered to have the same function as the kite powered method.

In 1980, I purchased a parachute at the army surplus store, and pulled it behind a 17' semi V sea ray with an on fashion ski harness, 115hp mercury. No winch. We took off from the beach. It worked well enough that we had a lot of fun.

 

These are very common here in South Florida and I have seen some of these built by my customers.

The safest method call for a boat size minimum about 28ft. The aft 1/4 of the vessel plus about the the same extending aft past the transom becomes the platform for takeoffs and landings and the winch is just forward of amidships and the line goes up a mast ending just above head height. There are variations, like the picture, but the safest operators all use something similar to this.

This method allows the parasailor to get hooked into a harness while the parachute remains tethered to the deck full at minimum speed, then the parasailor is hooked up, the tether released and the speed increased as the winch lets out line. The retrieve the pax is winched in until they are standing on the deck, the tether is attached, they are disconnected, and next up is connected, repeat.

Takes offs from the beach can be very dangerous.
