The Climate Change Hoax

It seems this thread, like previous very broad climate change threads, is starting to cause more irritation rather than being a place people enjoy learning about something related to boats and boating, or for that matter climate or environment. People are so polarized on this issue already, and the issue of climate change so politicized, that these very broad overall climate change threads seem to become places where each side repeats their opinions and the same arguments loop over and over again rather than a place where scientific questions are asked and can be answered or where new information is scientifically presented and analyzed. Therefore, before this thread becomes a magnet for further irritation on either side, it's probably best to close this thread at this point.
