I tell ya, the truth you speak! I am enjoying every step of the way tho! What fun is the destination if you are not covered in sawdust and adhesive during the journey!

I do have a quick question in regards to all of this. I was quite aware of the dangers of building something too top heavy with the pop top, I was able to keep the whole weight of it to about 45 lbs over all. Since it is directly amidships, I have hope that I have not tempted the boat gods into rewarding me with evil outcomes on the water! The whole pop top thing is basically a four foot by four foot area on a fifteen foot long boat! It has open sides with detachable fabric (nylon panels) Any thoughts?

don't think it should be too much of a prob. you have done a nice job on the boat. hope to see it in the water soon.

Always nice to see a project coming together. As I'm sure you've noticed, the last 10% of the work always seems to take as much time as the rest put together......

I built a house like that once....the first 90% went together in about a minute and a half it seemed, but that last little bit took a "little" while!
